Good to know
Does it need installation?
No. It stands on the floor and plugs into power. It doesn’t connect to the AC — for central AC scenting, see the HV500.
What’s the difference between m² and m³?
m² is the floor area; m³ is the whole volume up to the ceiling. One MC2000 covers up to 2,000 m² or 5,000 m³ — with high ceilings, go by volume.
Which oil should I use?
Mr. Scents concentrated fragrance oils, made for our diffusers. Every diffuser comes with a free bottle of the oil you choose.
Is it noisy?
Its noise level is under 30 dB, and it has a built-in silencer — suitable for lobbies, majlis and offices.
What does the warranty cover?
A 2-year Mr. Scents warranty on manufacturing faults, plus maintenance contracts for businesses.

We visit, measure the space and recommend the number of units and scents, with a maintenance contract.
