Welcome to the Mr. Scents store (mr-scents.com). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions, so please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

• The store / we: the Mr. Scents online store.
• The customer / you: anyone who uses the website or buys from it.
• Products: scent diffusers, fragrance oils, bundles and other products offered on the website.

2. Orders

• An order is confirmed once payment is completed or an accepted payment method is chosen and you receive an order confirmation message or notification.
• The store may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or there is a clear error in the price or details, with a full refund to the original payment method.
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery and contact details they enter.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping fees are shown before the order is confirmed.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as mada, credit cards, Apple Pay and instalments via Tabby and Tamara. Instalment services are subject to their provider’s terms.
• Offers and discounts are valid for the announced period only and while stocks last, and cannot be combined unless stated.

4. Shipping and delivery

We deliver orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through approved shipping companies. Stated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control; we will inform you of any significant delay.

5. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Warranty

Scent diffusers carry a warranty against manufacturing defects for the period stated on each product page. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, use of oils unsuitable for the device, breakage, or modifications to the device.

7. Using the products

Fragrance oils are for use in scent diffusers only; they must not be applied to the skin or swallowed. Keep them out of the reach of children and away from heat and flames, and follow the enclosed instructions.

8. Corporate and rental contracts

Scenting services and diffuser rental for companies, hotels and organisations are governed by separate contracts with each client, and the terms of those contracts prevail where they conflict with these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All website content — texts, images, logos and designs — is owned by Mr. Scents and may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

We do our best to ensure information and images are accurate; product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. The store is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction.
