Policy of Replacement or Refund

 

This document addresses the return and replacement policy for purchased products, outlining the conditions and procedures necessary to complete the return or exchange process. This policy aims to ensure customers’ rights and provide a convenient and secure shopping experience.

 Return and Exchange Policy

The customer can return their purchases only within 7 days from the purchase date or exchange them within 14 days from the purchase date, provided that the returned or exchanged products are in their original condition at the time of purchase, have not been used, and the outer packaging remains intact.

Returns or exchanges cannot be processed without the original purchase invoice.

When returning a product purchased online.

The customer will have 14 days from the delivery date to complete the return process, provided that the order number is presented to the customer service department.

Once the return is processed, the customer will receive a refund to their credit card or Mada card for the purchased product, along with the delivery fees if the return is due to a defect. Otherwise, if the return is for other reasons, the refund will cover only the purchased product.

If the invoice is lost…

Unfortunately, without the original invoice, we regret that we cannot process the return, exchange, or reprint the invoice (in accordance with the company policy). The device will be repaired for an additional fee, and you will be notified by the service center.

If the invoice details are unclear…

The invoice can be reprinted so that the customer can benefit from the warranty. The store can reprint the invoice if there are any defects or errors.

Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Are Not Allowed:

1- The device has been used.
2- The aromatic oil bottle has been opened.
3- The product has been damaged or broken due to misuse.
4- Any liquid has been added to the aromatic oil.

When can a full refund be issued upon return?

  • A full refund will be issued if the product is returned due to a defect or manufacturing flaw.
  • If the product is damaged upon delivery or the wrong item was delivered, the customer will not be charged any shipping or bank transfer fees.
  • If the product is returned for other reasons (e.g., the customer wants to exchange the product or has changed their mind), the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping or bank transfer fees (50 SAR).

The timeframe for customer refunds.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
  • The refund process for credit card payments takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.

The product return process is as follows:

  • Visit the administrative office and return the product along with the invoice.
  • Send an email to the company at info@mr-scents.com, including a picture of the product and the invoice number.
  • Contact the customer service team at (0509925661) to request a product return, and you will be informed of all the details.
