Getting started
Up and running in two minutes.
Always keep the diffuser upright and level — never tilt it or lay it down while it’s filled.
01Press the atomiser headPress down on top of the atomiser head and it pops up on its own.
02Pull it upPull the atomiser head out together with the bottle. The first time, remove the cotton plug inside the bottle and throw it away.
03Fill and refit the bottleFill with oil, screw the bottle firmly onto the atomiser head and put it back. Repeat for the other two bottles.
04Power on and pair your phonePlug in the power adapter and press the power button, then pair the diffuser with the app over Bluetooth.

Good to know
Can I run all three scents at once?
Yes. Each bottle has its own switch and schedule in the app, so you can run just one, split the day between them, or run several together for a stronger scent.
How long does a bottle last?
It depends on the intensity level and running hours. For example, at G5 for 10 hours a day, a 120 ml bottle lasts about 27 days. Split the day across the three bottles and each one lasts even longer.
What size of space does it suit?
Up to 500 m² (1,500 m³) — apartments, small villas, offices, cafés, stores and clinics. For larger spaces, see diffusers for large spaces.
Which oils should I use?
Mr. Scents fragrance oils are made for our diffusers. Choose from all oils or let the scent finder help you choose.
What does the warranty cover?
A 2-year Mr. Scents warranty on manufacturing faults, plus maintenance and follow-up for businesses.
